A plugin like this sounds like a good way to get traffic, but how much more work do you have to put in removing spammy comments? I’m really hesitant to use this plugin in one of my sites, because I simply dont have the time to read all the comments and remove all the “good post!”-comments. However, if I can make that much more money on my traffic I would consider it.

If your blog is installed on Wordpress then it does allows you to define words that defines bad comments which will automatically send the spammy comments in the trash. I would refer you to use this plugin once.
