Wow! I don’t think Brad offer poor customer support. I think you should contact him. Usually, they respond very quick to complaints. If you are in money back period, then you can contact Brad for a refund. He won’t mind refunding. I have personally used the software and the customer support I receive is excellent. You can also reach Brad Callen on different forums like v7n and warrior forum. I am sure he will resolve the issue. Sometimes, some emails are missed by the system so worth adding another support ticket.

I don’t know what to think about this software anymore. It used to work great for me, until I had to reinstall it again in another computer. I got a virus in my old one. Since I saved the link from when I bought it, I just reinstalled it. The problem is that now whatever site address I put there it does not show me any links anymore. I am doing everything exactly as I did it before. I sent a ticket to the site for support, but they don’t respond . At this point I am really thinking it is a scam. The software is useless right now.
